Leading the charge on a top-to-bottom platform redesign, I oversaw all product and design while working closely with a dispersed engineering team.
By leveraging a user-centered approach and collaborating closely with the engineering team and senior leadership, I reimagined the interface, streamlined interactions, and revamped the overall usability.
